Comfibre has been applying the 4sustainability Protocol for chemical management since 2017. It’s a system used for the right management of chemicals during the production phase and its aim is to gradually eliminate these toxic substances that can harm human health and damage environment.

In accordance with Roadmaptozero ZDHC, the 4S Protocol is based on a reasoned synthesis of the requests addressed to the companies of the production chain by fashion brands and on the analysis of the respective testing methods. The result is a single, shared method aiming to obtain common and clear goals. Comfibre’s aim is to provide customers with sustainable raw materials for a more environment-friendly textile industry.
